Boot Camp Rifle Training
Put your protector skills to the test! These are two-hour sessions of tactical rifle drills and integrated skills assessments for experienced rifle operators who want to step up the intensity of their training regimen.
Tactical Drills
Rifle drills are specifically tailored to hone fundamental skills with the rifle. Drills will vary from one session to another, often with a core emphasis. Expect to be challenged in speed, manipulation, and marksmanship in a variety of ways. While there is no classroom component, some instruction and coaching will be a part of the agenda to help crystallize the principles underlying the drills.
Integrated Skills
Protectors need to be good at more than just shooting. Boot Camp drills will demand shooters demonstrate a full “toolbox” of skills and quick thinking under induced stress. Challenges will include physical fitness and stamina, tactical casualty care and self-aid, transition between rifle and sidearm, combat communication, and familiarity with personal gear.
The idea of Boot Camp is to sharpen skills that make all-around better protectors, not just better shooters. Trainings will take place in the outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
